Be responsible to maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation Quality), achieve conversion targets to increase FF base, and reduce complaints (registration, repeated, denied complaints) by addressing core issues.
How you can express your talent- Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network)
- Achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency
- Identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure
- Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors
Qualification:
- BS/ BE (Electrical/Telecom) / MS(Telecom Engineering) from HEC Recognized University
- 3 to 4+ Years of Relevant Experience
- Excellent understanding of Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON)
- Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- Customer Relationship Management
- Communication Skills (verbal and written)
