Shared Services Project Manager (Onsite)
Timings: 8:00pm-4:00am
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Shared Services Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects within our shared services department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing performance evaluation frameworks. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the seamless delivery of shared services across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver shared services projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across finance, HR, procurement, IT, and other support functions.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report status updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
Design and implement KPIs and performance measurement systems for shared services teams.
Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback for team development.
Implement best practices to enhance service quality, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration.
Manage change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare periodic project reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a shared services environment.
Strong understanding of performance evaluation frameworks and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard).
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
