Job Description:

  • Lead Services Purchasing & Sourcing operations for Daraz across Pakistan.
  • Focal point for services agreements and implementation pan Pakistan.
  • Lead commercial negotiations (total cost of ownership) and contracts negotiations (terms and conditions, as required), while ensuring standard processes and procedures are followed (risk mitigation).
  • Maintain and track existing services and agreement's database and plan proactively renewal of contracts to avoid any blackout period.
  • Develop and administer agreements in collaboration with business and legal department.
  • Lead evaluations through the development of RFQ, RFI, and RFPs.
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives and monitor services market.
  • Identify opportunities resulting from new service offerings and work to bring savings.
  • Liaison with Legal and End-User to ensure appropriate terms and conditions, prior to service order and contract issuance, are incorporated covering statutory terms as well as User requirement-specific terms, in addition to commercial terms and conditions.
  • Compile, analyze, and present data on sourcing considerations and spend to management.
  • ERP – assisting with uploading of contract/project information into ERP.
  • Assistance to the Finance Department in payments to Suppliers & Service providers, if needed.
  • Maintaining services agreement database.
  • Maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships with internal departments as well as external stakeholders.
  • Supports and manages all activities related to administration of services agreements including risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk management during the post-award stage.
  • Assist in ensuring that the key contract terms and conditions are presented and understood by both Internal and External Stakeholders upon award of the Contract.
  • Coordinate and support in resolution of any disagreement between Supplier/Service Provider and End-User.
  • Responsible for ensuring implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality System Procedures.
  • Attend/support audits as required.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development and monitoring relevant KPI's.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BBA. MBA Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in services procurement.
