Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.

The primary responsibilities of this role include compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, assisting with payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be proficient in general ledger software, such as QuickBooks & Xero, and have a firm grasp of basic accounting principles and practices.

A top-notch Payroll Associate should be well-organized, have an aptitude for numbers, and be able to maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Execute accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend new strategies.
  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis.
  • Ensure accuracy of timekeeping data, wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Administer payroll taxes and filings in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Resolve employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Assist with audits and reporting as needed.
  • Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes affecting payroll.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in general ledger software, such as QuickBooks & Xero.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting functions and principles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • At least 01 year of experience in payroll or accounting.
Benefits

This is an onsite role with shift timings from 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
