About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven, and emotionally intelligent Sales Development Representative to join our growth team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—working with qualified leads generated by our SDRs, referrals, and inbound interest.
This isn't your average AE role. Our sales approach is consultative and value-driven. You'll need to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and demonstrate clear impact to busy and skeptical business owners. You'll leverage a modern tool stack (HubSpot, Loom, ChatGPT, Intercom) and work alongside a supportive team that believes in working smart, fast, and together.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, objection handling, proposal, and close
- Conduct tailored product demos focused on the pain points and workflows of potential clients
- Collaborate closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Follow up persistently and respectfully using a mix of email, calls, video, and automation
- Track every deal and stage clearly in HubSpot and report key metrics weekly
- Continuously refine your pitch and approach based on feedback and data
- Serve as a consultative partner who listens, adapts, and solves real-world problems
- Share learnings with the team to help evolve our playbook, tools, and strategy
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B
- Experience selling to small businesses and an understanding of their mindset
- Proven track record as a closer who builds trust, digs into pain points, and asks for the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—clear, friendly, and persuasive
- Comfort with sales technology (HubSpot, Intercom, Loom, AI tools) to enhance efficiency
- Self-starter mentality—ownership and speed without micromanagement
- A passion for helping small business owners succeed with better tools
