Your Role
  • Provide administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors, and Senior VPs.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software packages.
  • Review presentations critically and coordinate materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow-up, etc.).
  • Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate.
  • Book travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
  • Provide full administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
About You
  • You have a University Degree or College Diploma.
  • 2 years' previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written business communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to deal effectively with all organizational levels.
