Your Role:

  • You will provide administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP's.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration
  • Responsible for preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
  • Critically review presentations as well as design and coordination of various materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow up, etc.)
  • Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate
  • Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports
  • Provide full administrative support including photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Assist with special projects as required

About You:

  • You have a University Degree or College Diploma.
  • 2 years' previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • High degree of detail orientation
  • Strong oral and written business communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
