We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our export market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Export.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years in business development, export sales, or marketing within freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of Ocean and Air Freight operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
