Dusky Solution is looking for a Business Development Manager/ Online Bidder for its Karachi office. A CS graduate with a strong understanding of technology is essential to nurture tech leads.

TECH BACKGROUND COMPULSORY: Technical sales in IT Services includes Custom software development, Website Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Graphics Services.

Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Location: Clifton
Package: 50k to 80k + Commission

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead generation through platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH).
  2. Business and Revenue generation: Bid effectively to generate new business.
  3. Requirements Analysis: Identifying client requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Must coordinate and share information with the suitable person or team of the company to deliver an accurate quote.
  4. Create Business Proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
  5. Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
  6. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
  1. Successful previous experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
