As part of our expansion, we're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives from our Lahore office.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in selling Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and Network Solutions
Strong network of partners, distributors, and enterprise clients
Deep understanding of local and regional IT markets
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term client value and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT consulting and services
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Develop go-to-market strategies and lead proposal development
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Represent VaporVM at industry events and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in business development/sales in IT services or consulting
- Strong sales track record in managed services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willing to travel locally and regionally as needed
