Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager position is responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, talent development, policy implementation, personnel record-keeping, workers' compensation, team safety issues, training, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations by developing effective communication strategies to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Develop, implement, and administer human resources programs, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions on talent management, workforce planning, and HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including hiring, promotions, terminations, and benefits administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
