Responsibilities:

  • Creation, update or deletion/blocking of vendors, customers, products, payment data, costs, valuations and production planning objects within SAP/Oracle ensuring accuracy of data and uniformity of information entered.
  • Release production planning for all sales orders as per the MPS schedule and manage all activities on the system that guarantees the work completion of different departments
  • Oversee production operations and monitoring timelines as per customer timelines.
  • Manage inspection checklists for safety and quality control in the production process and capture NCRs to log discrepancies.
  • Analyzing and assessing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Support key change projects in a central Master Data structure design and implementation architect.
  • Maintain adherence to quality control policies to ensure no disruption to underlying activities
  • Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
  • Creating and maintaining production schedules, considering lead times, production capacities and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with production teams to understand capacity, resource availability and production capacity to create accurate schedules.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components
  • Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain records and set up recurring broadcasts/reports/KPIs as necessary and requested by the client
  • Design and document new processes where necessary including change control documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, production technologies and best practices in production planning and master data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as CS, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, BA or Supply Chain.
    • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in the same or similar role managing Organization level data/System data in an ERP environment and experience managing Procurement Ops or SCM.
      • Understanding Data Management principles, frameworks, best practices, Manufacturing Ops and a holistic view of Supply Chain processes.
        • Proven experience of developing and designing processes including capturing critical information.
          • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
            • Persistent and dedicated mindset to meet occasional project deadlines to keep Change projects ticking over.
              • Ability to solve problems as and when they arise.
                • High level of attention to detail and organization to work with complex data sets.
                  • Proficiency with Excel and ERPs.

Additional Skills:

  • Good to have: ERP certifications such as SAP Implementation Associate, Oracle or Master Data Management Certifications
    • Good to have: Experience with Advanced Excel tools such as VBA/Macros
