Team Lead Recruitment at Ropstam Solutions Inc.| Recruiter | HR Representative | People ExcellenceWe are seeking a goal-oriented and persuasive Outbound B2B Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in engaging with U.S. clients. Your main responsibilities will include connecting with potential business customers via outbound calls, generating interest in our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the U.S. market.
- Clearly communicate and promote services/products in line with sales goals.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and arrange meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Record all calls, conversations, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, conversions, appointments).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation targeting the U.S. market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Strong persuasion, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Resilient, confident, and results-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Background in SaaS, IT, or professional services industries.
- Understanding of U.S. business culture and sales etiquette.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding telemarketing KPIs.
- Experience working with international clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
