We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Representative to drive business growth and expansion across the U.S. market.
This role focuses on non-technical business services, including staffing, virtual assistance, customer support, and administrative outsourcing.
As a key player in our sales team, you will play a critical role in generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful long-term client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and position relevant service offerings.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to senior closers or manage smaller deals yourself.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
- Maintain updated records in CRM tools and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Nurture prospects and follow up consistently to build a strong sales pipeline.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (service-based industries preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls.
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales metrics.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
