We are now looking for ourfirst HR hire– a visionary and hands-onHR Managerwho will lay the foundation of our Human Resources function from the ground up.
Role Overview:As thefirst HR professionalin the organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing HR processes, policies, and a strong people-first culture. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build systems for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement core HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Build and execute hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent across functions.
- Create structured onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Set up performance management systems, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Ensure statutory HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Manage payroll coordination with Finance and oversee HRMS/attendance systems implementation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and transparent work culture.
- Drive training & development initiatives to build capabilities within teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a mid-size or fast-growing company.
- Experience in setting up HR systems and processes from scratch is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong people skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
