We are now looking for ourfirst HR hire– a visionary and hands-onHR Managerwho will lay the foundation of our Human Resources function from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As thefirst HR professionalin the organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing HR processes, policies, and a strong people-first culture. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build systems for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement core HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Build and execute hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent across functions.
  • Create structured onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Set up performance management systems, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Ensure statutory HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Manage payroll coordination with Finance and oversee HRMS/attendance systems implementation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and transparent work culture.
  • Drive training & development initiatives to build capabilities within teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a mid-size or fast-growing company.
  • Experience in setting up HR systems and processes from scratch is highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong people skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
