We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management: Prepare and manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement while complying with relevant regulations and policies.
  2. Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs.
  3. Onboarding: Develop and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in HR roles focusing on payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll systems.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  1. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
