Position Purpose

The MTO position at Advancement will play a pivotal role in event coordination, data management, and publication oversight, ensuring the unit's efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the role actively contributes to nationwide outreach efforts, promoting LUMS undergraduate programmes to potential students.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in the execution of in-person and virtual events, ensuring alignment with the unit's goals and objectives.
  • Provide support in coordinating with external vendors to ensure efficient delivery for events.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Compile and maintain data relevant to the unit's operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Manage publications, including the yearly update and printing of materials. Communicate with relevant schools for content updates, ensuring the publication's accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication.
  • Participate in the annual outreach program, traveling nationwide to schools and colleges to market LUMS undergraduate programmes. Engage with prospective students and provide information about programme offerings and admission procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support the unit's objectives and contribute to the overall success of LUMS' marketing and outreach efforts.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from HEC-recognised institute.

Experience

Fresh to maximum 01 year of experience.
