
Lead Generation Specialist

Overview:
We're looking for someone to find and close business deals with companies needing hiring or recruitment services. You'll run targeted online campaigns, improve how we attract and convert leads, and follow up with interested prospects. You should have 2-3 years of experience in digital lead generation and sales, know tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and be confident managing budgets and turning leads into signed contracts.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Lead Generation:
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads from companies looking to hire talent or outsource recruitment.
- Perform market segmentation and identify key decision-makers across industries such as IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.
- Run hyper-targeted campaigns (Google/LinkedIn Ads, ABM) for HR/Talent leaders.
- Optimize inbound funnels (CTAs, lead magnets) using GA4/SEMrush.
- Retarget engaged prospects via HubSpot nurture sequences.
- Expertise in Email Marketing and Outreach.
Sales Closure:
- Close full-cycle deals ($50K–$500K) using sales methodology.
- Negotiate global contracts and cross-cultural communication
- Maintain 45%+ pipeline-to-revenue conversion. (Signed Contracts)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital lead generation (not cold-calling) AND full-cycle sales closure (converting prospects into signed contracts)
- Scaled campaigns across various global regions.
- Industry expertise: Staffing, HR tech, SaaS, enterprise consulting and Short occupation companies.
- The candidate must use GA4 daily to diagnose funnel leaks and SEMrush to drive SEOled lead generation.
- The candidate must operate Salesforce for pipeline management, ZoomInfo/Apollo.io for intent-based prospecting, and Project management tools for KPI reporting.
- The candidate must have owned end-to-end P&L for lead generation spend with proven CAC: LTV ≤1:5.
