Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at DynaMech Engineering Private Limited, located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, executing projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to senior management. Additional tasks may include handling budgets, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Bsc Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Team management and leadership skills
- Project management and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle budgets and prepare comprehensive reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with compliance and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
