USA Based Call Center Customer Sales And Support Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

Present and explain our products or services effectively.

Identify and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Customer Support:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about our products or services.

Assist customers in navigating our website or using our services.

Address customer concerns, complaints, or escalations with empathy and efficiency.

Relationship Building:

Build strong rapport with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including sales leads and support tickets.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and updates.

Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends and competitors.

Job Specification
