We are looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for assessing, designing, and optimizing documentation workflows and operational processes across the company. The ideal candidate will leverage industry best practices such as Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and continuous improvement frameworks to transition our current practices to optimized "To-Be" states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of current business processes ("As-Is") related to documentation and operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and compliance gaps within documentation workflows.
  • Design and implement streamlined, scalable, and standardized "To-Be" processes using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operation, Engineering, HR, Admin) to map, validate, and document process flows using ARIS or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with company objectives, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
  • Propose and implement automation and digitalization opportunities in documentation handling and reporting.
  • Train and support staff in understanding and adopting improved processes.
  • Monitor key process KPIs and prepare reports on process performance and improvement outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field preferably with Engineering Firm.
  • Hands-on experience with BPR, workflow mapping, and change management.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)

Skills (Must-Have):

  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written documentation and technical report writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
