Markeltree is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Brief:
As the Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable financial growth. Your goal will be to enhance our market presence and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to promote our products and services, addressing their objectives effectively.
- Sales Management: Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal guidelines; maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Team Development: Mentor and train entry-level staff to develop their skills into valuable sales professionals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales progress against corporate goals and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a relevant role with a strong sales track record.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
