Role Description

As a PR & Communication Specialist (Dialer), you'll be the first voice of our organization, reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services, and building meaningful connections. Your role is not just about making calls—it's about creating positive impressions, gathering insights, and supporting our communication campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Build trust and engage through professional communication
  • Maintain call records and customer feedback in CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every conversation reflects our values

Qualifications

  • Strong Public Relations and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Strategic Communications
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in crisis communication is a plus
