We are looking to employ a passion driven and experienced Sales Manager for our online market place. The Sales Manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to corporate clients, evaluating and guiding the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports. You should be able to develop as well as modify area segmentation plan to compliment business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.

Requirements:

  • MBA in sales or relevant field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Ability to lead a sale team.

Salary market competitive plus certain percentage of commission from sales.
