">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Service Account Manager where you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving service sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer services/service sales within the telecom industry. They will have strong customer relation management skills, contract management skills, and good communication and people management skills.

- Monitor delivery performance and provide feedback to the organization.">
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with customers to enable new sales of solutions.">

- Be responsible for Escalation Management in emergencies or other urgent situations.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial orientation, entrepreneurial skills, and excellent personality leadership skills. They will also have good knowledge of products and systems, as well as business situation of the appointed customer's network.

">The job is located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires a strong understanding of the local telecommunication market and service portfolio.
