Gear: .NET Framework & Custom Enterprise Software We're now expanding into international partnerships and outsourced service delivery, and we're seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead this initiative.Your Role

As a Senior BDM, your primary responsibility will be to acquire outsourced software development projects and establish B2B partnerships with foreign tech companies, digital agencies, and consultancies. You'll act as the face of DIGIQAL internationally, managing lead generation, negotiations, and long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities

Identify and close international partnerships for:

Outsourced development projects

White-label services

Dedicated remote development teams (staff augmentation)

Target clients in USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and GCC

Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, outbound emails, and partner networks

Represent DIGIQAL in calls, demos, and virtual events

Collaborate with technical leads to design custom solutions for prospects

Prepare high-quality proposals, SOWs, and business presentations

Maintain lead records and report performance to leadership

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership targets Requirements

Minimum 5 years in international B2B business development for IT/software services

Experience in selling any of the following:

Salesforce / Dynamics 365 / Mulesoft services

Unity or Mobile App Development

MERN/.NET enterprise solutions

eCommerce platform services (ShopifyPlus, Magento, SFCC, BigCommerce)

Demonstrated success in outsourcing sales or remote staffing

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong networking, proposal writing, and negotiation skills

Familiar with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, WeWorkRemotely, PeoplePerHour

Bachelor's in Business, Specialized in IT or Marketing (MBA preferred)What We Offer
