Salary: Market Competitive + commissions, spiffs, and bonuses
Job Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.
- Have strong knowledge of Upwork/freelancer platform and bidding processes.
- Approach clients professionally on a daily basis.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
- Stay informed of and adhere to Upwork policies, ensuring compliance in all interactions with clients.
- Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
- Communicate professionally with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to highlight our expertise.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the design and development industry.
- Graduated from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Understanding of the full sales lifecycle, including writing proposals, pitching to clients, conducting calls, and closing deals.
