Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Success & Sales Coordinator who will manage incoming customer queries, coordinate with internal departments, and support sales and marketing efforts to help us grow our customer base.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Sales Engagement

  • Answer customer support calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Understand and communicate product options, pricing, and processes clearly
  • Share standardized price quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Record all inquiries and customer interactions systematically in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and update records to maintain clear customer history

Support Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Participate in digital outreach campaigns (social media, promotions, etc.)
  • Provide feedback from customer conversations to marketing team to refine campaigns
  • Liaise with the design and production teams to ensure seamless order execution
  • Monitor the progress of orders and keep customers updated on delivery timelines

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • A bachelor's degree is required to be considered for this position.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic marketing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer-first attitude with a drive to solve problems and improve processes
  • Friendly, team-driven office culture with opportunities to learn across departments
