Job Description
  • Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce website.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as per performance objectives, upholding our client's core values.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Handle customer interactions in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
  • Document each customer query and the corresponding solution.
  • Offer alternatives when products/items are unavailable on the website.
  • Follow standard procedures for providing resolutions.
  • Stay updated with system information and process changes.
  • Handle objections and customer pushbacks effectively.
Job Specifications
  • O Levels/Intermediate or higher qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must type at least 40 WPM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
