In this role, you will provide satisfactory solutions to diverse customer queries via written communication, maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker and a keyboard wizard, capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job Description- Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce website.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as per performance objectives, upholding our client's core values.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Handle customer interactions in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- Document each customer query and the corresponding solution.
- Offer alternatives when products/items are unavailable on the website.
- Follow standard procedures for providing resolutions.
- Stay updated with system information and process changes.
- Handle objections and customer pushbacks effectively.
- O Levels/Intermediate or higher qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must type at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
