Role Overview
As an SDR on the conversational AI team, you'll be the trailblazer who uncovers new business
opportunities, crafts personalized outreach campaigns, and converts prospects into qualified
leads. You'll work closely with our marketing and account executives to drive pipeline growth
for our AI-powered voice automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential target accounts across
industries like FinTech, Healthcare, and eCommerce.
• Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to introduce product's value proposition, listen to
prospect needs, and secure discovery meetings.
• Personalized Outreach: Craft compelling emails, social media messages, and voicemails
tailored to each prospect's pain points and business objectives.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address questions or concerns, articulate product
benefits, and maintain positive dialogue to advance the sales cycle.
• Lead Qualification: Ask insightful, open-ended questions to assess fit, budget, authority,
and timeline, then hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• CRM Management: Log all activities, notes, and next steps in Slack to ensure accurate
forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine messaging, share feedback on
campaigns, and optimize outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or inside sales (SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and lead-generation
targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative, customer-first
approach
• Strong research skills to understand prospect businesses and craft relevant messaging
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Slack, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach,
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
