As a Truck Dispatcher at Gora International, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks, drivers, and shipments to meet demands and delivery schedules. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Route Planning: Efficiently plan and optimize truck routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing fuel costs and transit times.
  2. Driver Assignments: Assign drivers to specific routes and shipments, considering driver availability, experience, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, directions, and address any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
  4. Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving any service-related concerns promptly.
  5. Documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping of dispatch activities, including maintaining shipment records, driver logs, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  6. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and challenges that may impact delivery schedules or driver performance.
  7. Compliance: Stay current with all relevant regulations and safety standards governing the transportation industry and ensure that drivers and shipments adhere to these requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Fresh or experienced candidates can apply.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Customer-centric attitude.
  5. Must be comfortable with the night shift.
  6. Experienced individuals are preferred.
  7. Basic salary + incentive.
  8. Annual dinners.
  9. Travel allowance / company transport.
