
Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Executive to excel in the world of CX with their wit and customer-centric attitude. In this role, you will provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through written and verbal communication, maintaining a positive attitude. The Customer Support Executive within the Operations department will assist customers with questions, new orders, service delivery, billing, and other inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries about products and services, including taking or canceling orders and addressing complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
