This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will support the HR Business Partner in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.

  • Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and policy documents as required.

  • Support compliance audits and ensure all necessary HR documentation is up-to-date.

  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related administrative tasks.

  1. Performance & Training Support

  • Support monthly performance review meetings and provide feedback to employees.

  • Organize internal and external training sessions, collect feedback, and update training trackers.

  1. Onboarding & Employee Services

  • Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction scheduling.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to health insurance, OPD, and HR policies.

  • Track insurance claims and resolve them in a timely manner.

  1. HR Analytics & Reporting Support

  • Update and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., BambooHR, Leapsome, ResourceInn).

  • Compile regular reports on employee data, attrition, and engagement trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or full-time).
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative HR team.
