Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned customers' portfolio to ensure that sales and collection targets are met as per the plan and/or assigned targets.
  • Support and assist the Director Sales in preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to support the procurement/supply chain team in arranging the required materials on time.
  • Deliver the targeted gross margins for the assigned portfolio/territory on a regular basis.
  • Develop new customers and revive lost customers to ensure the continuous growth of the business in the assigned territory.
  • To liaise with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective customer service for the assigned portfolio/territory.
  • Regularly provide market intelligence pertaining to competition, market behaviors & industry trends, and provide input for developing the appropriate business plans and counter strategies.
  • Coordinate with the technical services team for timely complaint handling and prompt pre- & post-sales support to the customers.
  • Ensure effective and timely use of the CRM to keep the data & portfolio status updated.
  • Any other jobs/special assignments/projects assigned by the management or line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Sales/Marketing
  • Relevant experience (in the Textile Industry)
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience
