Job IdentificationWe are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in Multan.
What We Expect- Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement against targets to enhance market share.
- Rationalize discounts and use promotions effectively to achieve net sales revenue.
- Create and retain outlets according to targets and area potential to increase distribution.
- Conduct regular audits of sales data in information systems.
- Analyze SFE KPIs and adjust routes or frequencies to improve KPIs for Presellers.
- Complete daily planned calls, spend time in-market, and coach Presellers on the 10-step call process.
- Review execution scores with Presellers and address gaps to ensure in-outlet execution as per PicOS & RED criteria.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest counter-strategies.
- Supervise the deployment and utilization of assets like coolers, signage, and activation materials.
- Manage in-outlet investments, balancing discounts, DME, assets, and activation.
- Monitor equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and reduce nonproductive coolers.
- Attempt to recover missing or disputed coolers following company procedures.
