**Senior Land Acquisition Manager Role**

Overview:

The Senior Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating land acquisition activities for construction or operation of transmission pipelines through government officers and collectors while complying with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning land acquisition activities by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Planning and Development to obtain necessary documents prior to land acquisition.
  • Collect and process documents including pipeline drawings, route details, and marker installation on proposed routes.
  • Participate in preliminary surveys to determine accurate damages to property owners and negotiate compensation amounts.
  • Make arrangements for payments and issue notifications for land acquisition while supervising clearance processes.
  • Manage real estate documentation and processing requirements for government departments.
  • Ensure safe storage of documents and verify issuance of related notifications.
  • Resolve land-related problems during construction and identify/assess risks under management.

Requirements:

  • Law Graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years bar enrollment.
