Our client, a leading name in the e-commerce space is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across the operations in Pakistan. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic hiring initiatives that align with business goals, while also building a strong employer brand and sustainable talent pipelines. This role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage end-to-end recruitment for both high-volume and critical roles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires

·Source candidates through social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referral programs.

·Screen and assess large volumes of applicants efficiently using structured evaluation methods

·Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate seamless selection and onboarding processes

·Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs

·Identify and engage passive talent, especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles

·Use ATS and recruitment analytics tools to track, report, and manage candidate flow and conversion metrics

·Develop and implement a localized talent acquisition strategy tailored to the Pakistani market, considering cultural and industry-specific dynamics

·Set up standardized recruitment policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with organizational standards

·Forecast hiring needs using data-driven insights and design proactive strategies to close talent gaps

·Leverage key metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) to continuously refine and improve recruitment effectiveness

·Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities

·Define clear KPIs and monitor team performance against recruitment goals and service level agreements

·Streamline recruitment workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

·Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting values and culture to attract top talent

·Organize and lead campus hiring, internships, and early-career programs to build long-term talent relationships

·Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice in Pakistan

·Work closely with department heads and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent advisory

·Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and broader organizational goals.

Support succession planning and leadership hiring initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.

Required Required Skills/Abilities:

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

·Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for both operational and managerial roles.

·Strong understanding of the Pakistani labor market, including regional dynamics and talent trends.
