Product Specialist L1 Role Overview

  • This position is responsible for providing first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.
  • You will collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.
  • Additionally, you will assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting, documenting and escalating technical issues when necessary.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • You will collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.

About the Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required for this position.
  • A strong technical aptitude and passion for learning about new technologies are essential skills for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for conveying technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as occasionally working outside regular business hours, is also required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.
  2. Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.
  3. Assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting.
  4. Document and escalate technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
