Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including leave policies, insurance, and other entitlements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up payroll, and arranging equipment and resources.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding staffing and benefits-related queries and concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.
