Motive Technologies, Inc drives innovation in the field of operational management, providing a comprehensive platform for businesses to optimize their operations, safety, and profitability. Our solution encompasses driver, vehicle, equipment, and fleet-related spend management in a single system.
We have a vast customer base across diverse industries, including transportation, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.
This role involves working with our largest revenue stream – SMB Expansion Account Executives. We seek individuals with a strong track record of success, experience working with international US customers and culture, and a commitment to continuous skill development.
To succeed in this position, one must be coachable, open to feedback, and possess excellent communication and technical skills. A team-oriented mindset and attention to detail are crucial for delivering results.
- Build robust relationships with executives and gain a deep understanding of each client's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the SMB customer base.
- Engage with clients to understand pain points and align their needs with Motive's solution.
- Present Motive software and solutions to fleet managers or key SMB customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and grow customers.
- Ensure seamless contract renewals by proactively engaging clients before renewal dates.
- Address client concerns by identifying issues, thinking critically, and finding effective solutions.
- Develop a strategic plan to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Foster a deep understanding of our technology and operations, applying that knowledge to improve our offerings.
