This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an SMB Expansion Account Executive, focusing on our largest revenue stream. We seek talented professionals with a proven track record of success, international experience working with US customers and culture, and a commitment to lifelong learning and skill refinement.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, receptive to feedback, and possesses strong communication and technical skills. A team-oriented approach and attention to detail are crucial for delivering results.
- Build lasting relationships with executives and gain a deep understanding of each client's business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the SMB customer base.
- Conduct thorough analyses to understand client pain points and develop targeted solutions using Motive's platform.
- Present Motive software and solutions to fleet managers or key SMB customers, highlighting value and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Proactively engage clients before contract renewals to ensure seamless transitions and minimize churn.
- Rescue clients from challenges by analyzing issues, thinking critically, and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Become a subject matter expert in our technology and operations, driving innovation and improvement.
