Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing vendor relationships to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard key vendors to expand the platform's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on platform policies, pricing strategies, and operational processes.
  • Analyze market trends and vendor pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Work with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Tactical Objectives:
  • Implement strategies to improve stock availability and minimize deadstock.
  • Plan and execute promotions in collaboration with vendors and marketing teams.
  • Drive assortment growth by introducing new product categories and SKUs.
  • Develop seasonal and event-based promotional campaigns to boost sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • 1+ years of people management experience and high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SEM and online advertising.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to audiences.
