We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in professional services or education. Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted, long-term relationships, combined with knowledge of business development frameworks, processes, and techniques, are essential for success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of straightforward and/or lower value relationships, achieving KPIs and targets, and identifying higher value opportunities for follow-up.
- Supporting team members in following up on partner meetings, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
- Handling incoming queries and leads, assigning them to team members or progressing them appropriately.
- Assisting in preparing proposals and pitches, and delivering presentations when required.
- Providing excellent customer service as a point of contact for partners.
- Guiding partners on processes and products, including accreditation, in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Representing the organization at industry and sector events as needed.
- Coordinating and managing face-to-face events, leveraging global content to meet market objectives.
- Researching employers, competitors, and the wider market to support team members.
- Monitoring activity, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
- Completing administrative procedures as necessary.
