About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Associate to join our team and support our mission of transforming agriculture through data, technology, and customer-centric service. You will serve as the key link between our agricultural clients, ensuring that they receive maximum value, ongoing support, and a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Customer Success:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients across Pakistan, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with Farmdar's agricultural solutions.
  • Support customer retention by understanding client needs and providing timely, relevant solutions.
  • Communicate the value of Farmdar's offerings clearly—translating both technical and business aspects into practical benefits for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to support successful deal handovers and continued customer engagement.
  • Represent Farmdar with professionalism and empathy in all virtual and on-ground client interactions.
  • Conduct client on-boarding, client feedback meetings, and training sessions to ensure that customers are able to fluently navigate through Farmdar's products
  • Drive product usage, ensure customer satisfaction to ensure renewals, identify opportunities to upsell different product offerings, and analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement
  • Mandatory: Background in agriculture or a related field—either through industry experience or formal education.

Business Communication & Navigation:

  • Help Farmdar work smoothly with other Agri businesses by closing deals, and agreements.
  • Provide insights on local business practices, decision-making processes, and operational norms.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration by bridging any cultural or operational gaps.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan business culture and corporate etiquette.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, negotiations, or client-facing roles .
  • Ability to understand and convey business context beyond surface-level communication .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
  • Availability for virtual meetings and occasional in-person engagements within Pakistan.
  • Ability to develop and manage a customer success pipeline, from Prospect to suspect.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Ability to adopt & learn new technologies, software & products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
