About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled e-procurement specialist with sales and business development expertise to manage our online bidding portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Search and identify project opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and social media platforms.
  2. Prepare and submit well-crafted project proposals/bids that effectively highlight our strengths and capabilities.
  3. Engage in regular communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements and negotiate terms.
  4. Conduct thorough research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
  5. Collaborate with the internal team to gather information and develop accurate project estimations.
  6. Maintain a record of bid submissions, responses, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
  7. Monitor project boards, job postings, and social media platforms to identify potential leads and bidding opportunities.
  8. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in bidding strategies to optimize success rates.
Requirements:
