About the Opportunity
As a Bid Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and developing winning proposals, managing the end-to-end bid process, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing bids for services businesses across DACH regions and in the UK, with fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities
  • Continuously track and evaluate incoming bid opportunities to identify potential partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle for non-Scandinavian opportunities to ensure timely submission and compliance with client needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather required content and align on delivery strategy, leveraging your excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Translate or draft bid content in fluent German and English, using your expertise to craft compelling narratives that showcase the value proposition of our clients' services.
  • Analyze tender documents to develop tailored responses aligned with client needs, ensuring that our clients' bids are competitive and effective.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries and reusable content databases to optimize efficiency and quality in the bid process.
  • Track bid performance and support contract handover when required, providing valuable insights to inform future business decisions.
  • Ensure all bids are submitted on time, compliant, and meet both technical and commercial requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • A proven track record (3–7 years) of managing bids for services businesses, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with clients in public or private sector tenders, with a deep understanding of the procurement processes and requirements in the DACH markets.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
  • A highly organized and deadline-driven individual with exceptional communication and project management skills, able to work independently in a remote team environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Languages, or related field is preferred, but not required.
