Proposal Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Proposal Coordinator to assist in the development of proposal outlines and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Develop proposal outline and schedule
  • Work with Proposal Manager for timely proposal submission
  • Maintain document compliance with RFP criteria
  • Write, edit, compile, and organize information from multiple sources
  • Assist in updating bid spreadsheets
  • Compose bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters
  • Monitor changes to solicitation and adjust work accordingly

Key Skills:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process
  • Analytical, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
