We are currently seeking a skilled and driven HR professional to lead our recruitment processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies that promote collaboration, growth, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Skillfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
  • Utilize SAP HCM and Decibel HRM platforms to efficiently administer HR operations and ensure accurate management of personnel data.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with line managers to develop workforce planning and talent development strategies that drive performance improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary actions in accordance with relevant policies and labor laws.
  • Provide expert guidance in performance management and organizational development, helping employees set and achieve their career goals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all HR-related activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP HCM and practical knowledge of Decibel HRM software to efficiently manage HR functions.
  • Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Programs, with a track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
