Job Title: HR Professional

This role plays a vital part in the HR team, focused on supporting organizational growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates against vacancies, as well as developing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and screening qualified candidates to ensure the best fit for the company's needs.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee databases, including personnel files and other relevant HR materials.
  3. Managing employee relations to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters growth and development.
  4. Negotiating salaries and benefits with potential employees in line with the company's compensation plan.
  5. Analyzing population needs and maintaining a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates through effective recruitment strategies.
  6. Assisting in reviewing, formulating, and implementing policies and procedures related to employee management and development.
Requirements:
  1. 2-4 years of experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in an HR or recruitment role.
  2. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in HR or a related field, are preferred but not essential.
  3. The ability to take on new challenges and demonstrate a 'go-getter' attitude is crucial for success in this role.
  4. Exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this position.
  5. A strong appetite for work and growth, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, is also required.
