Human Resources Generalist
Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our organization in the role of Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR databases, and assisting in payroll management.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining employee records, organizing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation.
- Maintaining time management.
- Managing and updating HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
- Assisting in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
- Preparing, managing, and storing paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in recruitment by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Creating reports for senior management.
- Helping organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Hiring Procedures
- Strong Accounting Knowledge
- Computer Literacy and Network Security Awareness
